FEEL AND EXPRESS GRATITUDE AS A REGULAR PRACTICE AND YOU WILL SEE YOUR LIFE IS EXTRAORDINARY

In the beginning it was a conscious daily action to write in a journal to create a habit. A morning gratitude practice also sets the tone and establishes a positive outlook for the day ahead of you. Or, spice up your gratitude practice with different types.

My mother's brother (my uncle) used to bully me and my mother did nothing. Was she just as much an offender as he was?

Same question for my father though parents were divorced at this point.

Both things were meant as morbid jokes but terrifying for a 6 year old (uncle was 11 years older and more like an older brother). So was my mother just as guilty?

It was thinks like holding me under the water in a pool or locking me in a dark room as a joke.

I was a little kid and he was a teenager.

Do you guys think it's fair that my sister gave the room to my 11 year old niece instead of me?
