Things that are warm feel really good and help with my back pain

Just looking at pictures of the sauna, it looks really inviting. Sitting in the heat opens up your pores and helps clear up a lot of different skin conditions. I know from personal experience that I always have a bit of a glow after leaving the sauna. In addition to the physical benefits, a sauna can be a great way to relax and decompress after a stressful day at work.
