Our business matters and we take it seriously AND personally

You care about your business deeply, and you are heavily invested in its success. While you must take your business personally, you must also separate yourself from the business. Because you are not your business. This is where you need to flex your leadership muscles.

I'm not sure if it's a teenage boy phase or if he is having problems...

His sister is really good in school, but he doesn't particpate and doesn't seem to comphrehend the stuff the teachers tell him at school anymore.

It's like he doesn't want to speak anymore and if you try to start a conversation with him he gets mad.

He started refusing to eat with us and I made him sit at the dining table yesterday and he just sat there and stared off into space, then he went to his room and didn't come out and doesn't talk to anybody at all.

I'm not sure why, but he always seems angry and yesterday I put my hand on his shoulder and he yelled at me for it.
