Yes it could be just harmless flirting but she goes out of her way to try to get me to speak lol and it feels more than just harmless flirting cause again, most of the time if I don't really pay attention to her but not intentionally, she gets mad.

A co worker of mine who's a female even caught her glaring at me the other day (she told me). I was walking by where the girl sat and she just watched me as I was walking according to the co worker.
