Robyworks , or Roberts Vitols is a Latvian producer/filmmaker/editor and a Youtube star. In 1962, the track designers began their work. Building of the track was done in two parts. In 1966, the motorcycle track and carting track were finished. A year later, local enthusiasts also got access to the finished car track.
