Sometimes you have to allow players to move on to allow other players to come through

In the end, only the strong survive while the rest are left wondering what might have been. So how have they been able to do it? The players believe in one another, play unselfishly and guinnuely like one another. Letting Tommy Stewart go I believe was correct.
