It is so easy to cook quinoa and beans on the weekend when I have time

Meal planning takes a little time, and this can feel hard to squeeze in during a season that is already so busy. I have found that the time I put into planning meals means we eat better and that I spend less time and money during the week. I also like to get all of my vegetables chopped for salads and roast vegetables for side dishes and bowls.
